MORTGAGE ON DEVELOPMENT REGISTRATION

Registration of real estate utilization contract for a period not exceeding 99 years based on a letter from the financing entity.

Required Documents

• Original Title Deed
• Original letter from the mortgaging bank and presence of the authorized signatory of the bank
• In case of authorization, the original authorization letter which is attested at the court, or at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if the letter is issued outside of the UAE, provided that the authorization is for 2 years maximum.
• Three (3) new mortgage contracts attested by the bank and signed by both parties

Standard Fees

– Innovation Dirham Fees: Dhs. 20
– 0.25% of the value of mortgage
– Knowledge fee of Dhs. 10 for each fee

– 4000 Dirham
