MORTGAGE RELEASE

This service allows customers to register requests to release mortgage / pockets mortgage through a letter from the financing entity.

Required Documents

• The original letter of the mortgaging entity requesting the mortgage release
• Both originals of mortgaging contracts

Standard Fees

– Innovation Dirham Fees: Dhs. 20
– 1000 Dirham for the mortgage release fees
– 10 Dirham knowledge fee for each fee
