MODIFICATION

A request to amend Ejara ends with ownership contract by extending the period agreed upon in the original contract by mutual consent.

Required Documents

1. The original mortgage contract
2. Amendment letter from the bank (Whether amending the duration, the amount, or adding a note) with the presence of the authorized signatory of the bank
3. Three (3) new mortgage contracts
4. Original Title Deed

Standard Fees

Mortgage duration amendment fees 1000 dirham
0.25% for amending value of mortgage
Knowledge fee of Dhs. 10 for each fee
