GRANT

This service allows customers to register the grant (partial or total) through donating properties to a person or persons (Relatives of the first degree: mother, father, husband, wife and sons) free of charge, provided that the ownership of the property is not restricted or granted.

Required Documents

• The Original Title Deed
• Certificate of Valuation
• if the donated property is located in the areas of freehold
• The proof of the relationship

– For Couples: The marriage contract: A translated copy and certified from the Embassy of the UAE in the related country and from the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs in the UAE.
– For Children: Birth Certificate: A translated copy and certified from the Embassy of the UAE and from the Ministry of the Foreign Affairs in the UAE.

• Passports: original and copies
  – For foreigners: residency documents
  – For citizens: passport copy + copy of the nationality

• For citizens: This requires Certification of Donation from Dubai Courts
• For Non-citizens: This requires a letter requesting the donation from Dubai Land Department.

0.125% of the value of the property
