Mortgage on development modification by registering modification on (increasing or decreasing of duration) in the mortgage contract based on the letter of the financing entity.

Required Documents

• Original Title Deed
• Original mortgage contract
• The bank letter stating the new duration with presence of the authorized signatory of the bank
• Presence of the owner to sign
