DELAYED SELL MORTGAGE MODIFICATION

Registration of any modification (regarding increasing or decreasing duration, space, name) in the mortgage contract based on the financing entity letter.

Required Documents

1. Delayed sell contract
2. Original mortgage contract
3. The bank letter stating the new duration with the presence of the authorized signatory of the bank
4. Presence of the owner to sign.

– 10 Dirham knowledge fee for each fee
