MORTGAGE REGISTRATION

This service allows customers to register mortgage / mortgage pockets through the registration of mortgage on property or properties for the benefit of the financing entity in order to guarantee its rights whether it is a first or second degree of mortgage.

Required Documents

• Original Title Deed
• Original Mortgage Letter from the bank and presence of the authorized signatory of the bank
• In case of authorization, the original authorization letter which is attested at the court, or at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if the letter is issued outside of the UAE
• Three original mortgaging contracts from the mortgaging bank and signed by both parties

Standard Fees

– Innovation Dirham Fees: Dhs. 20
– 0.25% of the mortgage value
– Knowledge fee of Dhs. 10 for each fee

– 4000 Dirhams
