Releasing Ejara ends with ownership contract through ending Ejara contract in Dubai Land Department when the agreed duration between the parties ends.

Required Documents

• The Original letter requesting the mortgage release from the mortgaging entity
• Originals of both mortgaging contracts
• Original Title Deed
